No, it is not in ZTL, but since the historic center is characterized by very narrow streets that are difficult for large cars to drive on, we recommend parking your car outside the walls.

We advise you to reach the Antica Grancia Parking Lot, located about 100 meters away from the Historical Residence, by setting the destination “Via dell’Orlo 6, Serre di Rapolano” on your navigator and then follow the signs.

The Historical Residence does not have private parking. You can park your car in the Antica Grancia and Serraia public parking lots (free and unattended) or in the spaces marked along the nearby streets, which are also free.

We have 4 Junior Suites, all large in size, from 55 sq. m. to 75 sq. m., two of which (Carpineto and Poggiarello) are on 2 different floors and are therefore not recommended for children or people with mobility difficulties.

Currently, only the cafeteria, located on the ground floor of the same building, is accessible to people with disabilities.

If you arrive early, we cannot guarantee that your room will be ready, but you will still be welcome and we can store your luggage while you wait.
