LivinGrancia is an urban enhancement and regeneration project that brings back to life the Antica Grancia delle Serre di Rapolano, a medieval village located in the beautiful setting of the Crete Senesi, transforming it into a living center of culture, sociality and hospitality. Here history and tradition meet new energy, creating a space where the local community and visitors can share authentic experiences, taste local products, rediscover the roots of the territory, and participate in a rich program of cultural and social activities.

Among the traces of a past rich in history,Antica Grancia of Serre in Rapolano is one of them, a historical monument that combines rural and fortified architecture with the charm of agricultural tradition. “Grance”, whose name comes from the Latin “granica” (granary) and the french “grange,” were designed to store agricultural crops, particularly grain, and became symbols of agrarian management and organization in the Middle Ages.
TheAntica Grancia of Serre of Rapolano is a place that preserves intact the memory of centuries of history. Its courtyards, mighty walls and ancient production spaces offer a unique journey into the past, revealing an authentic Tuscany far from the commonplace. Every stone and every architectural detail tells of a time when faith, work and community were inextricably intertwined.

A place for meeting, exchange and growth, focusing on the values of Tuscan tradition and the richness of human experience.
